Upon receiving your deposit, we will send you a confirmation letter, detailed itinerary, insurance application, visa applications if required and pre-departure booklet with clothing and equipment listed, vaccinations info, suggested reading list and general recommendations needed to prepare for your trip. Final documents Final documents including vouchers, airlines tickets (if requested through PromoTunisia), local contact information, rendezvous instructions and final reminders will be sent to the address provided on your Reservation form 2 to 3 weeks prior to the Date of Departure, provided your final payment has been received and insurance requirements are met.
